โŒ No Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

๐Ÿ”„ Returns & Exchanges

  • I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
  • To request a replacement, contact me within 7 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • If approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The item is out of stock
  • The wrong item was sent and a replacement is unavailable
  • The item arrives damaged and cannot be replaced

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Lost or Stolen Packages

  • I do not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Please contact the carrier directly for claims.
